By downloading and using the MemBoostAI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use MemBoostAI for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any technology
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the application to another person or device

3. User account responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

4. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

5. User-generated content

The MemBoostAI application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MemBoostAI, its licensors, and other providers of such material. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so this may not apply to you

8. Disclaimer of warranties

MemBoostAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our service. Your use is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MemBoostAI harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the application, your content, or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these terms or engaging in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MemBoostAI is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

14. Apple App Store additional terms

If you use MemBoostAI on an Apple iOS device, the following additional terms apply:

• Acknowledgement: This agreement is concluded between you and Sagicorp Technologies only, not Apple, Inc. Sagicorp Technologies is solely responsible for MemBoostAI and its content.
• Scope of license: Your license is non-transferable and limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules.
• Maintenance and support: Sagicorp Technologies is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the application.
• Warranty: Sagicorp Technologies is responsible for applicable product warranties. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Product claims: Sagicorp Technologies, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory, and consumer-protection claims.
• Intellectual-property rights: Sagicorp Technologies is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging third-party intellectual-property infringement claims related to the app.
• Legal compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list.
• Developer contact: Questions, complaints, and claims should be directed to Sagicorp Technologies at memboostai@sagicorptech.com.
• Third-party terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the application.
• Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it upon your acceptance.
